Salomon Mission RS 7 Ski Boots 2011 - As the first boot in the Mission RS series the RS 7 has a wider performance fit in a solid intermediate boot. With an 80 flex shell and cuff, along with a more comfortable CustomFit Sport, the Mission RS 7 delivers good heel retention while still being focused on comfort. The Mission RS 7 is outfitted with a good variety of fit features give it both a sport feel and adding to overall comfort. Four micro adjustable buckles with tool free catches on the upper cuff make it easy to quickly adjust the RS 7 to almost any foot and leg shape, while keeping a firm wrap and excellent heel retention. Given the fit and flex of the RS 7, it is an ideal boot for aspiring intermediate skiers through strong intermediate cruisers looking for blend of performance and great all day comfort. For these reasons the RS 7 is also a tremendous boot for teenage skiers transitioning into their first set of adult boots, as it offers the much needed support but still remains forgiving. .
